From raw material procurement through precision machining, heat treatment, assembly, and final inspection — we control quality at each step of the production process.
Precision CNC Machining
Multi-axis CNC turning and milling centres maintain tight tolerances across bore sizes, keyways, and shaft configurations. Dimensional verification is performed post-machining on every production batch.
Heat Treatment Facility
In-house carburising, quenching, and tempering processes ensure the correct surface hardness and core toughness profiles for gears, shafts, and coupling components under demanding load conditions.
Gear Cutting and Grinding
Dedicated hobbing, shaping, and profile grinding equipment produces spur, helical, bevel, and worm gear geometries to DIN and AGMA standards. Surface finish and tooth profile are verified with CMM inspection.
Assembly and Testing
Gearboxes, couplings, and drive shaft assemblies are built and run-tested under load on dedicated test rigs. Noise, vibration, and temperature readings are logged as part of the standard inspection record.
Surface Finishing
Shot blasting, phosphating, and electrostatic powder coating lines provide corrosion protection and presentation finishes matched to application environments. Custom RAL colour options available on request.
Custom Engineering Support
Our engineering team reviews customer drawings and application data to advise on specification, feasibility, and lead time for non-standard products. Prototype and small-batch production accepted.
